Return and Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current European legislation, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
2. Condition of Returned Items
As lampwork beads and enamel on copper are unique and fragile handcrafted creations, items must be returned:
- in their original condition, unused and undamaged
- in their original packaging or in packaging providing equivalent protection
- Any broken, damaged, or incomplete item will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Procedure
Before returning any item, please contact us, indicating your order number.
We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product upon receipt.
We strongly recommend shipping with tracking and insurance, given the fragility of the pearls.
5. Refunds
After receiving and verifying the returned items, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days via the same payment method used for the original order.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Personalized or custom-made items are neither returnable nor exchangeable, except in the case of a proven defect.
7. Damaged Items Upon Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and the affected items so that we can find a solution quickly.
