Candra - Bohemian pendant, ivory disc with turquoise motifs, etched copper plate - engraved bail

Pendant based on a single ivory glass bead decorated with a pattern of turquoise dots, mounted on a moon-shaped copper plaque. The copper plaque was cut, etched (freehand design: unique piece), and then hammered to create a pleasing domed shape. The plaque is soldered to the bead using copper wire. The bead is surrounded by two copper caps, also decorated with etching. The pendant is completed with a bail, handcrafted in the workshop and also etched.

The various copper pieces were flame-worked and then aged and patinated.

The pendant is sold on a hand-dyed silk ribbon in shades of brown, blue, and beige (approximately 90 cm).
